Shipping & Return Policy


We ship to the US and Canada only.  Additional charges may apply for Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico.

Orders are usually shipped in 1-2 business days from our facilities. Once an order is processed and sent out, a shipping confirmation with tracking information will be sent to you.

All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. If you would like to make any changes or updates to your order, we will do our best to accommodate your request providing your order has not already shipped. Please do not hesitate to contact us for more information.

In Canada we ship Xpresspost via Canada Post. Standard shipping time is 2-7 days at a flat rate of $8.98 Canadian.

In the US, we ship via UPS SurePost.  Standard shipping time is 2-7 days at a flat rate of $7.95 US.

Stated below are Yves Martin return policies. Please carefully read below.

No Refunds/Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective, the wrong size, the wrong style or color, is only possible if the shipper “yves martin” made the mistake, provided that the items are unworn, unlaundered and in their original packaging.

All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise.

Damage/defect claims made after 10 days of receiving the merchandise will not be honoured.

All sales are final and shipping/handling fees are non-refundable.

  • Only exchanges or merchandise credit will be allowed.
  • No cancellations are accepted after the shipment of orders.
  • Shipping costs for all return items must be paid by customer.
  • All returns must include a RA# (Return Authorization). Please contact us for a RA#. Returns without a return authorization number will be declined and shipped back to sender.
  • All claims for damages, defects, or shortages must be made within 10 business days upon receipt of merchandise.  Damage/defect claims made after 10 days receipt will not be honored.


Steps to return:

1)      Contact Yves Martin Inc. either by phone (1-800-837-7145) or by email (contact@yvesmartin.com)

2)      We will provide you with a Return Authorization email including a Return authorization number (RA#)

3)      Print and include this email in your return package

4)      Return packages are to be sent to the address below.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to goods during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
