Shipping
We currently ship to the Continental US and Canada only.
- Processing Time: Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Montreal.

Shipping Providers:
- Canada: Orders are shipped via carriers such as UPS, Purolator, or Canada Post for PO boxes.
- United States: Orders are shipped via UPS, or USPS for PO boxes.

Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: Orders over $49.99 (before tax and after discounts) qualify for free shipping.
- Flat Rates: Orders under $49.99 are subject to a flat shipping rate of $8.98 CAD in Canada and $7.95 USD in the US.
- Order Changes: If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours at contact@yvesmartin.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request if your order has not yet shipped.
No Refunds or Exchanges
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective.
Claims for Damages, Defects, or Shortages
- Claims must be made within 10 business days of receiving your order.
- Include a photo of the defective item and your order number when submitting a claim.
- Claims submitted after 10 business days will not be honored.
Cancellations
- Orders cannot be canceled once they have shipped.
Return Process for Defective Items
- Contact Yves Martin Inc. by phone (1-800-837-7145) or email (contact@yvesmartin.com) to report the issue.
- Print and include the email confirmation in your return package.
- Ship the package to the address below:

Important Notes
- Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returned items unless the item is defective.
- Yves Martin Inc. is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. Please ensure your package is insured.
- Refunds for defective items do not include shipping and handling fees.
